We want every ABM order to arrive safely and with clear information from checkout to delivery.
Delivery options and charges
Available delivery methods, estimated times and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Order processing
Orders are checked before dispatch. We will send an order confirmation and, where tracking is available, dispatch information to the email address supplied at checkout.
Delivery address
Please check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact admin@abmmultisector.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Delays
Courier delays, severe weather, public holidays and customs processing may affect delivery. If an order is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
International orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing times are outside our control.
Missing or damaged deliveries
Report missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries promptly to admin@abmmultisector.com. Include your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will work with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
