Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from ABM Multisector Ltd. This policy explains how to return an item, request an exchange or report a problem. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Contact us before returning an item
Email admin@abmmultisector.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. If an item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photographs. We will confirm the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send an item without return authorisation.
Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with all tags, accessories and packaging included.
For UK online orders, your legal right to cancel is normally 14 days from receiving the goods. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return them. Our 30-day policy gives additional time and does not replace your statutory rights.
Items that cannot be returned
- Personalised, made-to-order or custom products, unless faulty.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Items showing wear, misuse, alteration or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault.
- Items returned without original components or packaging where this reduces their value.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is not as described or is not the item ordered. Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will cover reasonable return costs when an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly.
Return postage and refunds
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for secure return postage. We recommend using a tracked service. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
Exchanges and sale items
Exchange requests made within 30 days of delivery depend on stock availability. Sale items may be returned under the same eligibility rules as full-price items. Statutory rights continue to apply to discounted goods.
